North Wildwood - I have owned a vacation home here for 30 years and became a resident six years ago. I love reading the "Spout Off" section of the Herald. When the surfers were on 12th Ave. I don't remember reading about many problems. Now on 3rd Ave. it's every week; complaints over who's in charge of beach safety. Is it the lifeguard, NW police, NW fire department, etc.? Plus, how much of my taxes are they using? Maybe a move back to 12th might be a good idea for all of us, surfers or not.
