North Wildwood - I have never been so ashamed at being a North Wildwood resident. Everyone flies their flags so patriotic? For a member of the Supreme Court Justice the protocol is to fly the flag half staff from the moment of death til interment. I have seen little of this. This shows respect for our Judicial system as well as being an American citizen. What a disappointment.
