North Wildwood - I have to agree with the fact that cops were hounding cars looking for seat belt infractions, but yet absent when there were many underage teens littering the beach. My sister's boyfriend hopped out of the car to see if my sister cleared a driveway for a parking spot, and when he got back in the car my sister drove away. As she was driving, her boyfriend started to put his seat belt back on. A cop followed them around for two blocks and then decided to pull her over and issue them a $40 ticket because he put the seat belt on as she was driving. Unbelievable!
