I don't understand why trash cans were not put out along Central

North Wildwood - I don't understand why trash cans were not put out along Central Ave. from Chestnut to at least Third Ave. during the Italian/American Festival June 28. People throw their trash on the sidewalk after eating and the residents have to clean up after them. Trash cans are always put out during the Irish/American events.
