North Wildwood - I do not live in Wildwood but am still concerned about selling a 21-acre bay front property that can house 110 "units" for only $1 million. The fact that one can buy a bay front home on the island for the same price does raise a flag as to why so cheap? What is the harm of putting the development out to bid and getting the most money for the benefit of all Wildwood taxpayers? And with so many homes currently for sale, does the mayor expect all 110 units will be sold in less than one year? What I mean is many new homes and condos from 2007 are still sitting unoccupied and unsold.
