North Wildwood - I am unable to sleep at night. The nice weather and fresh air coming into my bedroom window should make for a good night's sleep. Not in North Wildwood. Road crews are paving the street all night on Spruce Ave / Rt. 147. The grinding, rolling and beeping of the trucks are horrendous. Why not during the day? Why are they allowed to disturb the peace all night? Isn’t there a noise ordinance in North Wildwood?
