North Wildwood - How is it that if someone wants to sit on their own front porch and smoke a joint, if caught by the police, they are handcuffed, arrested, charged, given a court date, fined, and get a record, but if someone chooses to take heroin and overdoses, several EMTs, police, and firemen risk their safety and the public’s to administer Narcan, get a free, escorted ride to the hospital and treated, at the taxpayers' expense, and released three hours later, only to do it all over again? It's mind boggling. No sympathy here.
