North Wildwood - How does the City of North Wildwood have the ability to hire someone to be a department head of Public Works, when there is currently someone that is filling that role? Now the position is called Executive Assistant Manager of Public Works, so now that is another high payroll person on; one who already has 30 years in a city pension.
