North Wildwood - How does a captain start the Around the Island Row prematurely without everyone at the starting line? Sounds like more lifeguard-race shenanigans. Let's hope that another lifeguard race doesn't get relegated to the ranks of the Beschen Callahan and Kerr Memorials. By the way, does anyone know who won the Kerr Memorials this year?
