North Wildwood - How did the current public works director get his job? He does not have the qualifications for the position. The position used to be called superintendent of public works. Must be a long-term member of the good ol' boys club.

According to City Clerk Scott Jett, "The current departmental director is serving on an interim basis until a new superintendent can be recruited. As a former police chief, the director has extensive management, purchasing and budgetary experience in addition to private sector construction experience."
