North Wildwood - The high rise at Marina Towers includes 4 floors of parking and 11 floors of units. How will the NWFD fight a fire in a 15 story building? Will all the people making money on the high-rise be required to purchase new equipment for the firefighters? What will happen when the housing bubble inevitably bursts? Do we really want a high-rise in our town? Those in charge need to look ahead to avert potential problems. Development is great but just like the last time, people look at the money that may come in and forget to consider how it will change our town.
