Having lived on Central Ave.

North Wildwood - Having lived on Central Ave. for years, I'm dumbfounded that one of the buildings on my block decided to change the color of the rocks around one building without consulting anyone else on the block. How about a little courtesy the next time you decide to change the look of the block and allow your neighbors to have an opinion.
