Handicap placards aren't easy to get.

North Wildwood - Handicap placards aren't easy to get. A doctor has to complete the form and submit it. I have a handicap placard but because there are so few handicapped parking spots I only use it when I feel like crap! I do that because I always think there may be someone in worse shape and I can sympathize. The solution is more handicap spots not judgement. Just because someone looks healthy and well it doesn't mean they are healthy and well!
