North Wildwood - Go to 2nd and JFK in North Wildwood. There is a dog there almost every day. It is always on a leash. The problem is nobody is ever holding the other end of the leash. The dog is always running around loose and sniffing people, young and old. Some people may like that. I don't. Control your dog like you are supposed to.
