The fence line at the dog park on the beach is not escape proof

North Wildwood - The fence line at the dog park on the beach is not escape proof for dogs. They can dig under the fence and run away. There isn't a barrier beneath the sand. Also anyone can bring their dog in there and that's not safe unless they make it a members area where you show proof of vaccinations. Nice place for dogs, but not ready for public use.
