North Wildwood - Everyone wants to be a bartender. In reality, it’s not what you see. We deal with a thousand different personalities, all the while attempting to find peace. If we have an impolite customer, it’s not like we can run away and vent somewhere.. We are stuck in a cage. Just keep smiling (I tell myself). God forbid I say something wrong or come across as impolite or arrogant. Do you know if I over serve anyone, it’s my court appearance, not the owners? Next time you want to give a bartender at the Jersey Shore a hard time, think for one moment. We are good at what we do.
