North Wildwood - Don't think you have to put up with loud, barking dogs and inconsiderate owners. The North Wildwood police force, their detective division and most of all our judge, have proven to me that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Don't just talk and complain. File charges against them. It will definitely get their attention when they are ordered to appear. They will be fined and apprehended if they don't show. The best method of proof is a video recording. I was told this by the prosecutor.
