North Wildwood - Donald Trump and Rudy Giuliani on Thursday asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit accusing them of conspiring to incite the deadly invasion of the U.S. Capitol. That's not going to happen. Apparently "trial by combat" and "fight like hell" don't seem like very peaceful words to the feds.
