North Wildwood - Do the businesses along Olde New Jersey Avenue have to pay for the extra manpower from the Sheriff's Office, police, and fire/EMT during Irish Festival? If so, why? It would seem to me that the sponsor should be responsible for that fee and not the businesses who are trying to make a buck.
