Could someone tell me, as a taxpayer, why a captain in North Wil

North Wildwood - Could someone tell me, as a taxpayer, why a captain in North Wildwood Fire Department has a city vehicle to take home? There is no need for him to have a vehicle because his position does not warrant it. Besides that he doesn't even live in NW. It's bad enough that others take a vehicle home in higher positions than this captain. This is an expense that is paid by the taxpayer and it should not be given to all. This is a waste of money and needs to stop now. I am tired as a taxpayer of this practice. Money is tight in budgets so put a stop to this, especially for a captain's position.
