North Wildwood - Concerning the new Department of Children and Families (DCF) office in Rio Grande, they have other problems besides flags. Take a look. There are no sidewalks going from Rt. 9 to the building. If you arrive by public transportation or walk, the only way in is to walk on the driveway. Picture this, a single mother with three or four small children going to the building to get some help and she must contend with the cars who are where they belong. Where should she walk?
