North Wildwood - The city tax collector is sending out their new tax bills for the coming year. Trying to warn my fellow neighbors, don't faint from sticker shock. An increase of 22 percent over last year's bill was frightening. How are we supposed to afford such an increase? Fixed income and Social Security won't cut it. Did the city make any changes to warrant such an increase? I don't think so.
