North Wildwood - Centralized Dispatch is an all or nothing deal. We cannot continue to have some townships dispatching themselves, and some being dispatched by county. The point of centralized dispatch is to have a omnipotent entity that serves all at once. When every town self-dispatches police, and fire/ems it creates chaos during emergencies.
