North Wildwood - Can someone explain why all types of buildings in the Wildwoods are being covered with black paint with white highlights or vice versa? Is this some kind of hip look like ripped clothes or purple/blue hair on middle aged adults? Or to keep the coyotes, squirrels or Jan. 6 participants away from your properties?
