North Wildwood - Back in May 2016, I was walking my dog in Allen Park in North Wildwood. They were doing construction on the park. The contractor did not follow the proper safety procedures. They left all the supplies on the curb and the trucks lined up and no caution tape around the area. I tripped on a piece of wire metal mesh and split my leg open. Now, because of a law called Title 59, I can't find a lawyer to take my case. Apparently, my injury was not severe enough or more permanent but I am still having trouble with my leg. So because of this law I am unable to sue the town or the contractor.
