North Wildwood - Are electric golf carts permitted to ride on the streets of North Wildwood? While walking along JFK/Beach Dr. June 24, I saw more than 10 of them parked on the beach side of the bulkhead between 5th and 6th avenues. One of them left where he was parked and went out onto JFK/Beach Dr. He then proceeded to drive West on 5th Ave. There was no license plate on the vehicle.
