Are cars supposed to stop in designated cross walks?

North Wildwood - Are cars supposed to stop in designated cross walks? i thought that was a law but maybe I am wrong. I know in other beach towns they are. I guess people driving down here have someplace better to go and don't care about hitting people. Please slow down. We should go to 20m mph in summer or maybe ride a bike? It may do you some good!
