Are the boardwalk bike hours going to be enforced this year?

North Wildwood - Are the boardwalk bike hours going to be enforced this year? For the past few years, bikers have been enjoying riding on the Wildwood, North Wildwood, and Wildwood Crest boardwalks the entire day and night. Of course, this makes walking the boardwalk almost impossible for parents with young children, as well as our many senior citizens. Last summer, I asked a police officer who was patrolling the boardwalk why bikers were on the boardwalk at 1:15 p.m. that particular afternoon. His response was, "Oh, what time are they supposed to be off?" Please help those of us who enjoy a stroll.
