North Wildwood - Any time someone has a complaint I wish they would stop the tired old "I'm a taxpayer, I pay their salaries" bit. No body wants to hear that. I paid taxes when I was a pool boy at 14 years old. Everyone pays taxes for goodness sake. Two things you can't avoid, death and taxes. Just say your piece and get on with it.
