North Wildwood - Am I the only one noticing an influx of dogs of all sizes on our Boardwalk? Dogs sniffing at merchandise in stores. The law clearly says dogs are only allowed to go over and across the boardwalk at the dog park block, yet I see people walking dogs of all sizes at all hours and the police stand idly by.
