Idea. Rip up those old wooden benches and donate the wood to the bonfire on the beach. Then take those crap houses to a hazardous waste dump. Then take a ton of sand from the beach and spread it out. Now we can bring our chairs to sit on without getting hemorrhoids. Then take a peek at the Byrne Plaza restrooms. A homeless person can live inside that one. Even the Crest Superman never returned to our concerts.
