North Wildwood - With all the accidents occurring recently in Cape May County you would think police on bicycles would follow bicycling rules. I was riding my bicycle on E Spruce Ave in North Wildwood on the side of the road with the traffic as bicycles are supposed to do (also with a helmet and lights). Out comes a police officer on his bike heading right towards me riding his bicycle against the traffic flow. He veered all over the place to avoid me and I of course slowed down to not hit him. Really? Shouldn't police officers know how to follow the bicycling laws. Happened July 19th at about 10:30 AM.
