North Wildwood - After reading all the mean spirited Spouts from so many Local Seniors to vacationers trying to enjoy the 4 months that they pay for all weekend or well earned time off, I vote that the Herald set up a new section for their website and weekly paper for SPOUTS entitled "Keep it down over there". If that seems too vague, how about the old standards like "Get off my lawn" or "Don't be blocking my driveway".
