North Wildwood - 13 and 14-year-olds were charged with murdering the young Barnard student in New York City. It's time to charge their parents. Not with murder, but child neglect and endangerment. Obviously, these parents didn't teach their children right and wrong, compassion, empathy and kindness. Don't blame society or socioeconomic factors because values and morals are learned, not bought. No, the parents will take to the cameras to say how sorry they were and how their children really are good humans and it was a tragic accident that shouldn't ruin their child's life. We have lost accountability and responsibility.
