At 11 a.m.

North Wildwood - At 11 a.m. every day they play 'The National Anthem' on the Boardwalk and everybody pays respect to the flag. Twice I've watched city employees talking on their cell phones and driving in their white trucks, even almost hitting some people who had stopped to honor the country. I guess they're exempt from the rules?
