As a year-round taxpayer in North Wildwood I resent that the fenced-in field at Allen Park has been locked for over 2 years. When I asked why, I was told that people were not picking up after their dogs as the field is used for youth sports. As a dog owner who always picks up after my dog I'm sure more people pick up than do not. For those who don't, isn't that why the city has a buildings & grounds dept.?
