North Wildwood / Wilmington - Why are the meter people in North Wildwood allowed to write tickets to cars that display receipts with paid time exceeding the time the ticket is written? This seems to happen all the time. It's a great inconvenience to summer patrons who come here to relax, especially when the only one who did something wrong was the ticket writer. Why allow the customer to be punished? If I pay for three hours, I should get three hours in my parking spot and not a minute less.
