To the Wildwood spouter asking for legitimate reasons why some people can not get ID cards. First of all, many states(Texas for 1) who are suddenly requiring ID, are not accepting any form of ID other than a "state voter-ID certificate" which would require people having to travel as much as 200 to 250 miles round trip to obtain one and need 3 forms of ID .2. Many elderly and poor have lost or mis-spelled birth certificates. 3. Many elderly and poor have no drivers licenses. I am running out of space......Understand yet?
