Why would the town rebuild the pavilion on JFK without a ramp, when there used to be one before? I am in a wheelchair, and it would be nice to be able sit in shade or be out of the rain while I'm watching the ocean. Also, why isn't there some kind of plywood at the lifeguard station so I can get my wheelchair to the handicap ramp? It would be nice to sit at the top and just watch everything.
