Why does the City of NWW,need to hire special council for Marina Bay & Seapoint? Didn't the Mayor already hire a lawyer for the DEP issues for the removal of 8 acres of dune & sewer work for Seapoint? Is this another expense that the Taxpayers will be paying?.If residents or taxpayers don't attend council meetings & question what they are doing this way of governing will continue.I know I will be watching.
