Why are the court hearings on Marina Bay Towers being held in Atlantic County? The owner's lawyers keep manipulating the court so they hold court up there. Residents from Marina Bay Towers cannot travel that far due to walkers, canes, etc. It's not fair. The lawsuit was filed in Cape May County and should be held here.
