While Congressman Van Drew took a Victory Lap on his Website that helped pass a Bill in the House that Require Reports on all Adverse Effects of Offshore Wind, he forgot to mention that this same Bill would sharply increase domestic production of oil, natural gas and coal, and ease permitting restrictions that delay pipelines, refineries and other projects.
