When are dog owners going to learn to read ? Dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk. I am tired of owners dogs using my flower garden as a toilet. Use your own property for your dog's toilet. I don't own a dog because I do not want to pick up after one including your dog!! Dog walkers using extended leashes on the seawall are also endangering other walkers. Show some consideration for others.
