What is the punishment for people walking on the N. Wildwood Seawall due to the COVID-19 restrictions? We have seen multiple people on the wall since last Wednesday, and it is very frustrating because these people's disregard for the current restrictions is probably why no one is able to use the wall now. Is calling the police department to report these people even worth my time?
