We need a "Free Oxygen Station" and a nurse at the top of the 18th Street Alps access to the beach. A "paid for" golf cart ride, just on each upside of the Alps to and from the beach, would surely pay for itself. There's enough stones on the upside and downside of the sandy Alps to provide the necessary traction for the golf carts. Let's start thinking outside of the box ! Maybe more mats on the Alps could be an alternative !
