A waterfront barbecue restaurant on 10th and Delaware Is submitting their final plans for a 64 seat, second floor expansion of an already limited space. The notification letters by the city were only just received on May 1 for a May 13 zoning board hearing. The plans were drawn on Feb 2019. Add to that the tri state Governor’s quarantine at home restrictions. It seems that the submitting business is purposely trying to have the plans pushed through quickly and quietly to avoid any homeowner opposition.
