North Wildwood / Waterford - The guy that runs the Lou Booth concerts usually does a great job, but his recent call to cancel a concert because of rain that never came and cutting short Jimmy and the Parrots because of a drizzle is really putting a damper on things. If the band wants to play let them unless there is lightning or wind that will put people in danger. I am sure that these groups have enough invested in their equipment that they would stop on their own if it was necessary.
