Traveling north on the GSP, with plans of making a left at the hospital, I was more than surprised to see a Middle Twp. police officer standing in the middle of the highway. All north traffic stopped. All traffic heading east stopped. The only traffic moving was heading west from SH, but even those drivers were confused. Lights were turning green, then red, three times. I was wondering what was going on. Suddenly, 40 to 50 school buses heading west or north from SH were given the opportunity to sail through. This is a dangerous situation in the name of time schedules.
