Tariffs are the tools of a corrupt government. Governments in which Lobbiests, CEOs and so on ask the Deciders "Who do I need to pay to be exempt from the tariff?" Case in point, all of a sudden now Smartphones and computers are now exempt from Trump’s latest tariffs. These are two things should be made in the USA for better paying jobs, not sneakers and jeans.
