The state lent the owners of Marina Bay Towers $13 million to build the property. The electric company plans to discontinue electric service June 16 to all common areas. Come on NJ, it's time to look into this so seniors do not have to worry about the building being condemned. No one should live in fear of losing their home everyday. NJ gave the money to build it, now it's time to take it back.
